Development of cell isolation and analysis system

  • Specific cell isolation and analysis system was developed to separate low concentration of target cells (10,000 cells > sample) on chip using the hybrid nanoparticles; which concentration of targets cannot analysis with FACS.
  • Various type of hybrid nanoparticles were developed to detect and to analysis the
  • Targeted cells were isolated and analyzed on chip surface with fluorescence signals.
  • Newly developed cell isolation and analysis system can be used as a cell collection, distribution, analysis system for differentiated stem cell and circulating tumor cells.
