Development of cell chip with cell-friendly substrate

  • Cell-friendly functional substrate was developed to enhance electrochemical and Raman signals of cell with various nanostructures which were composed with peptide, gold nanoparticles.
  • The electrochemical and Raman signals was successfully detected with higher intensities than bare electrode.
  • Newly developed functional substrate can be used as a platform of cell chip in drug screening, stem cell analysis and pre-clinical research fields.
